Job Overview:
Responsible for follow-up management and source data reconciliation within a large-volume OTC/consumer healthcare pharmacovigilance program
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage ICSR follow-up activities across the case portfolio.
2. Generate and issue follow-up queries to relevant sources.
3. Perform source data reconciliation to ensure case completeness and accuracy.
4. Manage cases through the follow-up lifecycle within compliance timelines.
5. Communicate effectively with reporters, affiliates, and internal teams.
6. Maintain accurate follow-up tracking and records.
7. Support quality and compliance in all follow-up activities.
8. Escalate outstanding or overdue follow-ups appropriately.
